the things i learn from wikipedia
i've been meaning to look up info about that "gustave" serial killer guy, the one that primeval is based on (supposedly a true story). we've been seeing the commercials all the time and have been wondering how some guy has killed over 300 people and is still at large, and we've never even heard of him much less know his last name. what if he shows up at the complex looking for a few more people to kill? hell, he could be your neighbor, right?
oh, don't worry -- it's a fucking crocodile. yeah, that's what i said.
damn marketing.
btw, if anyone can find these shoes for me, i'll love you forever.

i am so pissed off by that i can't even tell you. the trailer even puts him up there with freaking Jack the Ripper and the Zodiac Killer. What a croc! ha ha.
you guys dont watch pbs much. theyve been running specials on him for a couple of years now.
i have been quite lacking in the pbs department -- once i got all the fun history/biography/national geograpicesque channels, my attention swayed.
the biggest issue is that the commercials are trying to trick us into thinking it's going to be a scary movie about a crazy killer man and it's totally not.
it's not that i don't watch PBS, I just do so primarily for Austin City Limits...oh, and I have an aversion to the name Gustave.
